What to Check on Your Proof
Go through each category before approving
- Spelling & Text Every letter matters
All names spelled correctly (business, team, personal)
Dates and years are accurate
Phone numbers, websites, addresses are correct
Punctuation and capitalization look right
- Ink Colors Verify your Pantone codes
Pantone codes listed at bottom of proof match your expectations
Number of colors matches your package (1-color, 2-color, etc.)
Shirt color shown is what you want to order
Don't trust your screen—we print the Pantone code, not the screen color
- Print Location Where it goes on the garment
Front, back, sleeve—correct side(s) shown
Full front vs. left chest—placement is what you want
Multi-location orders—all print locations are shown
Location notes on proof match your request
- Design Size
Check the dimensions listed on the proof (e.g., 12" x 14")
Visual scale may vary—we print the listed dimensions, not the visual
Youth sizes—design will be smaller to fit the garment
Left chest prints—typically 3.5"-4" wide

Common Questions
What if I need changes?
Simply reply to the proof email with your requested changes. Our team will send a revised proof for your review. Don't approve until you're 100% satisfied.
Can I see a physical sample first?
Due to our package pricing model, we don't offer physical samples before production. That's why careful proof review is so important.
Why doesn't the proof look exactly like my file?
We may need to adjust artwork for optimal DTF results. Always compare carefully to ensure the design intent is preserved.
What happens after I approve?
Your order enters our production queue. Most orders ship within 20-25 business days after approval and payment.
