Check these four areas on your proof before approving. Use the written details and measurements, not just the preview image.
01 Spelling & details
Read every word, even if you supplied the original artwork.
- Business, team, and personal names
- Phone numbers, website URLs, and addresses
- Dates, years, punctuation, and capitalization
02 Colors & garments
Confirm your color choices and the garments shown.
- Garment style, color, sizes, and quantities
- Design colors and any color references listed
- Your printing method: DTF or sublimation
03 Print locations
Make sure every requested print area is included.
- Front, back, and sleeve locations
- Left chest versus full-front placement
- Placement notes for every design and garment
04 Design dimensions
Check the listed width and height for each print.
- Written measurements, such as 12 inches × 14 inches
- How the design fits youth and smaller garments
- Left chest size, typically 3.5 to 4 inches wide
About color on your screen
A screen preview is a guide, not an exact color guarantee. Screen settings, garment material, and the printing method can affect the final appearance. If your proof lists a Pantone or other color reference, confirm it before approval and ask us about any critical brand colors.
For DTF and sublimation orders, do not assume a screen color or reference code guarantees an exact printed match. Let us help clarify your expectations before production.

Make one final pass through your proof. If something is unclear, request a revision before approving.

- Garment styles, colors, sizes, and quantities are correct.
- Every print location and dimension is confirmed.

Need a change?
Reply to your proof email with the corrections you need. We’ll send a revised proof for you to review. Approve only when you’re satisfied.
Your proof questions, answered
Reply to the proof email with a clear list of changes. Our team will send an updated proof. Review the revised version carefully before approving.
Our package pricing does not include physical samples before production. Your digital proof is the opportunity to review and confirm the artwork before we print.
We may adjust artwork to prepare it for DTF printing. Compare the proof with your original design and ask about any change you do not understand or want.
Use the dimensions written on the proof. The on-screen image may not show the exact scale. Youth garments may need a smaller design, and left chest prints are typically 3.5 to 4 inches wide.
Your order enters our production queue after approval and payment. Most orders ship within 20 to 25 business days after both are complete.
Approval finalizes the artwork for production. Request all changes before approving. If you notice an issue afterward, contact us immediately; changes may no longer be possible.
